We try to make it easy. We'll do all the maintenance for you (see the Custom Home Pubs In-Home Service Plan), deliver the kegs, and refill CO2 tanks so you can focus on enjoying your beer. We're your in-home technical support for your draft system.

Draft Beer Technician and Delivery Sales Associate

Custom Home Pubs, one of Charlotte’s original craft beer stores is looking to hire a full-time, trustworthy Draft Beer Technician and Sales Associate. This position will be responsible for draft technical services, delivery of kegs and cleaning lines for our customers (both residential and commercial). On the job draft technician training provided. Ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, a fast learner, and comfortable working without constant supervision. 

Job requirements:

• Heavy lifting required (ie full sized kegs and draft equipment)
• 40 Hours per week (including Saturday) and some evenings
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Valid drivers license

Strong candidates will also have (but not required):

• Technical beer knowledge
• Beer industry experience
• Retail experience
